Professional Training Year Student
Angus Thain is an undergraduate studying Biochemistry at the University of Bath currently on his industrial placement year, working for the Frozen Ark at the University of Nottingham.
Angus’ research project is on the uses of peptides in spider venom, and the primary culture of spider venom gland cells. Alongside this, he will assist in the running of the organisation’s social media platforms and public engagement events.
